Fider

An expense tracker you actually keep using

Most people stop logging by week three. Fider removes the friction: import the statement, the category is proposed for you, and you just confirm.

Four ways in

By hand, by CSV, by uploading a PDF statement, or by connecting your inbox for receipts. Pick whichever costs you least.

Categories that know the merchant

It recognizes supermarkets, fuel stations and your accountant, and proposes a category and a wallet. Changing one is a click.

No duplicates

The same purchase can arrive by CSV, by PDF and by email. Fider spots it and stores it once.

What you see every month

Income, spending by category and what is left, in one panel. The Sankey diagram shows where money comes in and where it goes, and subscriptions appear grouped so none of them hides among the transactions.

  • Categories with their share of the total and a comparison with last month.
  • Recurring charges detected and normalised to a monthly amount.
  • CSV export of everything, unlimited and included in the free plan.

Why no bank connection

Bank aggregation is convenient, but it means giving a third party access to your accounts. Fider works with what you give it: a monthly CSV carries the same data an aggregator would see, and reviewing your transactions once a month is, in practice, what makes people spend less.

Which banks and formats it imports

CSV from any bank with separator and number-format detection, and PDF statements from BBVA, Santander, CaixaBank, Sabadell, ING, Revolut and Trade Republic read by a vision model. Everything extracted from a PDF goes through your review before it counts as a transaction.

Frequently asked questions

How do I track expenses without connecting my bank?

Download your bank's CSV or PDF statement once a month and upload it. Fider categorises the transactions, detects duplicates and shows you the whole month.

Is there a transaction limit on the free plan?

No. Manual entry, CSV import and export are unlimited. AI parsing of PDF statements belongs to the PRO plan and has a daily limit shown before you upload.

What about cash spending?

Log it by hand as it happens. It is the one expense no bank exports and usually the one that slips away.

Can I separate personal and business spending?

Yes. Every transaction carries its wallet (personal, freelance or company) and you can view one, two or all three at once.
