Your life and your business, actually separated
A freelancer does not have a personal finance problem or an accounting problem. They have both at once, tangled together. Fider separates them without making you run two apps.
Two wallets, one app
Every transaction carries its scope. Personal tells you what you can spend; professional tells you what you owe.
Deductibles with a percentage
Mark what is deductible and at what share. The engine applies that share to the base and to the input VAT.
Forms 130, 303 and 349
Drafts computed box by box from your transactions, ready to review with your advisor.
How a quarter works in Fider
Every invoice issued and every deductible expense comes in with its base, its VAT and, where it applies, its withholding. At quarter end the engine adds up by VAT rate the way the tax office does, applies the deductibility percentages and fills the boxes of modelo 303 and modelo 130. You review the draft and take it to your accountant or file it.
- Output and input VAT by rate, with a negative result carried into the next quarter.
- Modelo 130 instalment on the year's cumulative profit, minus withholdings and earlier payments.
- Deadline reminders: 20 April, July and October, and 30 January.
Connected payments
Stripe, PayPal and Revolut Business flow into the freelance wallet on their own, and email receipts arrive through read-only access. What the AI reads from a PDF is a proposal: no amount reaches a tax form without going through the deterministic engine and your review.
What Fider does not do
It does not file with the Spanish tax office and does not replace your advisor. The 130, 303 and 349 drafts are exactly that, drafts to review. It does not decide what is deductible for you either: it proposes a percentage and you confirm.
Frequently asked questions
Does Fider file modelo 303 or 130 for me?
No. It builds the draft box by box from your transactions so you can review it with your advisor or file it yourself on the AEAT website.
How do I mark an expense as 50% deductible?
On the transaction you pick the deductible percentage. The engine applies it to the base for income tax and to the input VAT for modelo 303.
Can I keep personal life and business in the same app?
Yes, in separate wallets. Personal tells you what you can spend, freelance tells you what you owe the tax office, and you can view both together whenever you want the total.
