Fider
App

A freelance app that knows what is deductible

Most expense apps treat an autónomo like anyone else: nice categories and a chart. But an autónomo has input IVA, withholdings and a tax quarter every three months. Fider is built for that, and it keeps your personal finances in the same app without mixing them.

Expenses and income with a deductible percentage

Every business expense carries a deductible percentage: 100% for software, 50% for the car, 30% of the proportional share for home utilities. Fider applies that percentage to the base for IRPF and to the quota for IVA. Income carries its IVA rate and withholding. There is nothing to recalculate later.

Input and output IVA, added up for you

Fider separates the IVA you charge from the IVA you pay, by rate, and shows the current quarter's result as transactions come in. You know in April what you will pay in July.

Modelo 303 and 130 drafts

Each quarter Fider produces a box-by-box draft of modelo 303 and modelo 130 from your transactions, including the cumulative logic of the 130 and the reduction of up to 100 €. They are drafts to review with your advisor. Fider files nothing with the AEAT.

Invoices and your accountant

Issue invoices with IVA and withholding from the app, and share them with your accountant along with the quarter's transactions. The accountant sees what they need without access to your personal account. And everything exports to CSV, on the free plan too.

No bank connection

Fider does not ask for your banking credentials. Transactions come in by hand, from your bank's CSV, by uploading the PDF statement for a vision model to read, or by connecting Gmail read-only to capture receipts. Everything the AI extracts goes through your review before it counts.

Web and mobile

Fider is a web app that installs as an app on Android, iPhone and desktop. Reviewing the quarter works better on a big screen, and logging an expense works better from the phone. You get both.

What the other apps do not do

Neto and Margen are good personal finance apps, but neither has tax features: no IVA, no withholdings, no forms. Neto has no web version and Margen only exists for iOS and macOS. If you are an autónomo, you end up with one app for personal money and a spreadsheet for the rest. Fider is one app.

Price

The free plan includes the three wallets, unlimited transactions, CSV export and the tax drafts. PRO costs 4.99 € a month or 39.99 € a year and adds real-time prices, unlimited net worth history and AI statement reading.
